Step 1: Decide which programme option is best suited to your needs. Here's a quick guide to help you:

  1. Do you want to book an individual session or an ongoing programme?
  2. If you want ongoing support, do you want 3 months of support, or a programme of 6 or 12 consultations?
  3. Would you like to have 1 consultation per month? If so, then choose the standard option.  Or if you would prefer more support and have a consultation every 2 weeks, then choose the intensive option.

Step 2: Next, please set up your payment.  You can do this either directly via the shop page for a one-time payment, or follow the links on this page to set up your monthly subscription plan.

Step 3: Next, send me an email to let me know roughly which days and times you are available, so that we can schedule your first appointment.

One-to-One Support Programmes for Improving Your Life and Health

A Few Notes about Programmes of Support

  • I have a minimum requirement that people with chronic health conditions enrol for 6 consultations, ideally held over a 6 month period. This is so that you have more time to implement changes into your life, without it being too overwhelming. (We are looking to decrease your stress levels, not add to them!)
  • I recommend that anyone with chronic health conditions enrols on the Amethyst Programme, because having 12 months of ongoing support will be the most beneficial for you.
  • Individual consultations are exclusively available for discussion of a single aspect of well-being or personal development -like making a major life decision, or overcoming a very specific emotional challenge. They are not appropriate for long term issues because these require more ongoing support.
  • Please note that here is a 50% charge incurred for all cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time.

One-to-one support for 3 months

For acute situations or making a specific change

Includes:

3 x 1 hour consultations, held every 4 weeks

One-to-one support for getting through an acute situation, focusing on one aspect of health-related change or personal development, learning a specific life skill

e.g. increasing confidence or assertiveness, stop smoking, making dietary changes, dealing with loss, major change, or a difficult situation

For ongoing support or personal transformation

Includes:

6 x 1 hour consultations, held every 2 or 4 weeks

One-to-one support, coaching and guidance

For: living with high sensitivity, chronic stress, fatigue, exhaustion, or illness.

Any aspect of personal or spiritual development: life skills, behaviour change, insight, self-awareness
