Contact me to book your free 20 minute discovery call. This introductory session is available by phone, so you don't have to travel. There is genuinely no obligation to sign up for any programmes. It's a genuine opportunity to discuss your situation, ask any questions you may have, and get some clarity on what is best for you.
As a general guide:
If you need to make a one-off decision about something, or you want to work out how to deal with a challenging situation, then a single 1.5 hour session is a good option.
If you want to change a health-related habit or behaviour (exercise, dietary changes etc). Or if you want to learn a new skill (like being assertive), then choose the Ruby programme ( 3 consultations). You can use your sessions from 1 - 4 weekly to suit your circumstances.
If you have a longer-term condition or situation which is impacting your health; like anxiety, chronic fatigue, or heightened sensitivity, then I have a minimum requirement for you to enrol for 6-12 consultations. This is to help you be successful in creating the changes that you want.
Yes. I take a rational and sensible approach to spirituality, which is based on understanding the nature of mind and personal experience, and connecting to the world around you in a positive way.
So, it does not matter whether you consider yourself to be spiritual, or whether you associate with a particular religion. As long as there is a mutual respect between us, and you have a genuine desire to improve your life in a non-judgemental way, that is what is important.

If you want to join a monthly payment plan (available for monthly sessions only), please follow the links on the consultation programmes page. This option will require you to have, or to create, a Pay Pal account.
Next, send me an email to let me know which days/times you are available for our appointments, and I will do my best to arrange a mutually convenient time for our first session. I usually book appointments at least a couple of days in advance.
If you have booked an online consultation, I will send you an email link to access our session. You will need to download Zoom onto your computer if you haven't done so before, so please leave an extra 5 minutes to do this before we meet.
We usually arrange our follow-up sessions at our as we go along at each session so it is always helpful to have your diary to hand!

If a single payment is not for you, then you can enrol onto a monthly payment plan and have one session per month, with optional interim weekly email support.
