A Few Notes about Programmes of Support

  • I have a minimum requirement that people with chronic health conditions enrol for 6 consultations, ideally held over a 6 month period. This is so that you have more time to implement changes into your life, without it being too overwhelming. (We are looking to decrease your stress levels, not add to them!)
  • I recommend that anyone with chronic health conditions enrols on the Amethyst Programme, because having 12 months of ongoing support will be the most beneficial for you.
  • Individual consultations are exclusively available for discussion of a single aspect of well-being or personal development -like making a major life decision, or overcoming a very specific emotional challenge. They are not appropriate for long term issues because these require more ongoing support.
  • Please note that here is a 50% charge incurred for all postponements made within 48 hours of your appointment time.

Short-term, intensive support for 6 weeks

For acute situations, making a behaviour change, or personal growth

Includes:

3 x 1 hour consultations

Individual guidance, exercises, recommended reading

Optional interim email support

Appointments are held every 2 weeks, so that you get  intensive support for a 6 week period

getting through a difficult short-term situation

learning a new life skill - eg. assertiveness, dealing with family situations, developing personal insight
